Enjoyed the location in a good neighborhood. Besides, it was right by downtown and the suburbs, and shopping and good restaurants. We got a room with bathtubs. The lobby served a wide range of meals for breakfast.

The staff was amazingly nice and really friendly the whole time of my stay. the location couldn't be more good in a good neighborhood. - Plus, it was just next door to downtown and the suburbs, shopping and many fun activities in Denver. We booked this room by default. Due to the beer fest in Denver and "parent weekend" in Boulder, there weren't a lot of hotels to choose from. The hotel was perfect for the money, although we did wish there was a dvd player in the room. We had to watch a movie on our laptop.

There wasn't a dvd player in the room. The workout room was hot and not very many machines. Only 2 of the 3 worked.

The rooms here are cozy and welcoming, equipped with coffee/tea amenities and a comfortable couch, plus the lobby is great for enjoying breakfast.

The beds were comfortable. We got a good night's sleep.

Our room was on the first floor next to the lobby, Made it noisy. There needs to be an upgrade on the room's electronics. The TV had several steps to complete in order for the remote to work and the color was greenish which would point to an old set. Tried to set the clock radio/alarm and had to put it on buzzer because the volumn control on the radio did not work. Lastly, the phone buttons did not all work i.e. the button to set up a wake-up call; thus the need to use the alarm clock that did not work.

In general, the hotel was fairly clean. Location: the property was adjacent to many fun activities in Denver, restaurants & hwy, and downtown area. Ate at Longhorn Steakhouse, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

This hotel is a great choice for trade show attendees or guests visiting an event nearby. It is very close to the trade show and TUI Arena, making it extremely convenient. - the rooms are comfortably furnished with ample space for a pleasant stay. - I especially liked that the bathroom, despite its size, provided enough shelf space for my own items, something that is often lacking in other hotels.

The hotel is being refurbished. The frontdesk people really kind and helpful. Hot tub and swiming pool a bit out if date but refurbish expected in the next future, I think. Very good and comfortable room. Excelente for the price you pay.

Any actually. Is good in general considering the effort for updating the hotel

Everything was wonderful. The entire staff was courteous and professional and kind. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recomend this hotel. Close proximity to shopping and food.

The room I booked had a comfy bed, a fridge, a coffee maker, and a sitting area in a great neighborhood and a fantastic location when breakfast was served in the lobby here.

There was a mix-up with my reservation - most probably my error. The person at the desk went over and above her required responsibility to get it straightened out for us. She was so helpful and friendly. She contacted the manager and they gave me a refund for the no show fee I was charged. everyone was so courteous, I will certainly stay there again!
